Quality Training was born when founder Jim Finlayson saw a need for hands on training in the hospitality industry. Then, as now, Quality Training has had the philosophy of being genuine participants in the industry. Jim had a vision on teaching not only technical skills and knowledge – but a strong focus on attitude.

Quality Training pride themselves on providing real outcomes for their students.

All of the training is relevant and often contextualised to a specific workplace and job role. Training takes place in a functioning hospitality environment under the mentorship of elite industry professionals.

The College has a strong focus on the student journey and has one simple goal to assist the learner to get a job or if already working gain a better job through its training and employment services

The trying pandemic of 2020 and beyond has allowed Quality Training to innovate, develop new skills, grow and especially reaffirm their ethos of care and support for staff, students and friends.
