The South Australian Skills Commission offers a trusted and free-of-charge service that assists with the resolution of disputes related to apprenticeships and traineeships.
Apprentices, trainees and employers can seek assistance with:
- disagreements relating to Training Contract variations
- on or off-job training
- other matters related to apprenticeships or traineeships.
We can also help vocational education and training (VET) students, including international students, who have a complaint about their training provider. We can assist with:
- obtaining your training records if your provider closes suddenly
- advocating for you if your training provider is in breach of your enrolment agreement
- issues such as fees, refunds and cancellations or your progress with a training course
