Accessing mySkillsSA
To support you in signing up to mySkillsSA we’ve put together a list of frequently asked questions for employers, providers, apprentices and trainees.
Existing employers and providers
If you had access to the ATLAS Portal and your email address has transitioned, simply sign up today by entering your email address and follow the prompts to setup a PIN and authenticate your email.
If your organisation had an admin user in ATLAS, this person will become your admin in mySkillsSA and can sign up and manage users for your organisation. Please refer to the following instructions to assist your ‘admin’ user in managing users.
An individual with access to ATLAS should have access to mySkillsSA so long as your email was correct. If your organisation doesn’t have an ‘admin’ user, please complete the online access request form, and we’ll take care of the rest.
New employer of trainees or apprentices
If you’re exploring registering as an employer of trainees or apprentices you can sign up today using your ABN details. You will need to complete an employer registration application.
New training providers
If someone within your organisation has not yet accessed mySkillsSA (or ATLAS), you can request access.
