Success looks like
- Greater participation in apprenticeships and traineeships by
learners from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds,
including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and females in
trades.
- Industry is evolving to develop safe, inclusive, and
rewarding VET experiences that align with the State’s priority skills
shortage areas and community expectations.
- Strengthened employer
education, accountability, and compliance to ensure quality outcomes
for apprentices and trainees, enabling better workplace experiences and
outcomes for apprentices and trainees.
